Sociometry is a method for the study and observation of the interpersonal relations in small groups of people.  Basically consists in graphically representing the relations using a set of points (individuals) connected by one or more lines (interpersonal relations).  This representation of the info, generates a cluster of questions and a proper problematic. From the specific results several studies of the social structures can be developed, in which the lines start to be social relations of every type and the points social entities.
